TERMS & CONDITIONS

How to Order
You can order any of our products online by clicking the 'add to cart' or the 'buy now' button. 

Once we receive your order we will get the order processed as soon as possible- this is typically within 1-2 working days. Once your order has been packed and ready for dispatch, we will send you an email confirming your delivery details. 

Availability
If for any reason the item (s) you have ordered are not available to send immediately or if there is a delay as we are waiting for a shipment to arrive in to us from America, we will contact you to give you the expected delivery time. If you do not wish to wait for the order, we will offer you a refund. 

Payment
Payment can be made through either Paypal or all major credit and debit cards. We do not collect or store credit or debit card details.

Cancelling your Order 
In most circumstances, it’s possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. However, you will need to do this promptly. We can change the details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, to do this please call us on 01507 525871 or email calmandcoastal@gmail.com. 1f your order has already left the store for delivery to you, then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure.

Delivery

Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday between 8am - 6pm.

Dispatch of your order is usually within 2-3 working days. An email will be sent on dispatch to let you know when to expect delivery. If the delivery is missed the couriers will leave a card with the relevant delivery details to contact them to re-arrange delivery. If the item is returned to sender the total postage fee will be incurred.

Ordering From Outside UK and Ireland
Currently we can only deliver to the mainland UK. Any orders placed from outside of this area will be immediately refunded. 

Delivery Address
It is important that you supply us with an accurate delivery address to which your order will be sent so that the goods are received as quickly as possible. This is essential to the prevention of damages whilst in transit and to ensure the order is not returned back to us. If the couriers have attempted re-deliveries or if the parcel has been held for collection an unreasonable length of time we will not be responsible for any damages suffered. If the items are returned back to us for non delivery or collection a return fee of £7.50 will be incurred.

Returns and Refunds

We're sure that you'll love your order as soon as you open it, but if for any reason you need to make a return, you have 14 days to send it back to us. All you have to do is send an email to calmandcoastal@gmail.com, letting us know which items you wish to return and then simply post the items back to us at the address below. 

When returning any goods we strongly recommended you get proof of posting. Please also ensure that your items are sent back in their original condition, which means being unused and in their original packaging. Fragile items must be packed safely as if the items are returned damaged in transit, we will be unable to offer a refund. As soon as we have received your return, we will issue a full refund back to the original payment method within 3-5 days. As soon as we have received your return and it has been checked, we will issue a full refund back to the original payment method within 2-3 days.

Receiving Goods
Please check your goods immediately on receipt and notify us of any issues within 48 hours of taking delivery of your order.

Damages
We take great care when packing your items to try to ensure these arrive to you undamaged. Upon receipt of your order, please check the contents
 thoroughly and email us within 48 hours to notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receipt. After this time we are unable to be held responsible for any damages.

Customers Details
Calm and Coastal does not share any information relating to our customers to any third parties. Email addresses provided with orders may be used by Calm and Coastal to contact you regarding your order or to send product information. If you do not wish for us to email you any literature please email calmandcoastal@gmail.com to confirm this.

Descriptions of Goods
We take every care to make sure that the description and specification of our products are correct. The colour reproduction of our products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
